How do I track my order?
You will receive the tracking information via email. Please kindly tap on the tracking number to be redirected to the shipping carriers tracking page. There you will see your tracking info.
How do I request a copy of my invoice?
Reason for the return
Pictures of the product (in case if the item is defective or damaged)
Please allow our team 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) to process your request and provide you with the return label.
Once your request is processed, please print your shipping label and drop off the package at any of the carrier’s locations.
When will I receive my return refund?
Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
Refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
How do I use an offer or promotion code?
All promotion codes are applied at the checkout level. Please kindly input your code in the “discount” box.
